چکیده
We perform analysis of Bell's arguments (and their generalizations) on the basis of the frequency approach to probability theory (R. von Mises, 1919). This analysis demonstrated that there are no physical arguments which support the existence of 'probability dis-tributions' which were formally used in all investigations based on the conventional (Kolmogorov, 1933) approach to probability theory. In fact, probability distributions may fluctuate from run to run (no collectives). This chaos on the microlevel need not contradict to the stabilization of frequencies for physical observables. We discuss the relation to the completeness of quantum mechanics (and the efficiency of detectors). If micro-reality is also statistically stable (as the macro-reality), then the only root of the violation of Bell's inequality (or CHSH inequality) is the dependence of collectives corresponding to two different measurement devices. Such a dependence implies the violation of the factorization rule for the simultaneous probability distribution. Formally this rule coincides with the well known BCHS locality condition (or outcome independence condition). However, von Mises' approach implies completely different interpretation of dependence. It is not a dependence of events, but it is a dependence of collectives (merely via the same preparation procedure).

Einstein and Bell, Von Mises and Kolmogorov: Reality and Locality, Frequency and Probability
We perform frequency analysis of the EPR-Bell argumentation. One of the main consequences of our investigation is that the existence of probability distributions of the Kolmogorov-type which was supposed by some authors is a mathematical assumption which may not be supported by actual physical quantum processes. In fact, frequencies for hidden variables for quantum particles and measurement dev...
متن کاملNon-Kolmogorov probability models and modified Bell’s inequality
We analyse the proof of Bell’s inequality and demonstrate that this inequality is related to one particular model of probability theory, namely Kolmogorov measure-theoretical axiomatics, 1933. We found a (numerical) statistical correction to Bell’s inequality. Such an additional term ǫφ in the right hand side of Bell’s inequality can be considered as a probability invariant of a quantum state φ...

We discuss the role of two fundamental assumptions locality and realism in Bell's considerations. We demonstrated that by deriving an analogue of Bell's inequality for conditional probabilities it is possible to prove directly (i.e., without appealing to the locality assumption) that Bellian realism is incompatible with quantum mechanics
متن کاملBell’s inequality: Physics meets Probability
In this review we remind the viewpoint that violation of Bell’s inequality might be interpreted not only as an evidence of the alternative – either nonlocality or “death of reality” (under the assumption the quantum mechanics is incomplete). Violation of Bell’s type inequalities is a well known sufficient condition of incompatibility of random variables – impossibility to realize them on a sing...

Mainstream interpretations of quantum theory maintain that violations of the Bell inequalities deny at least either realism or Einstein locality. Here we investigate the premises of the Bell-type inequalities by returning to earlier inequalities presented by Boole and the findings of Vorob’ev as related to these inequalities. These findings together with a space-time generalization of Boole’s e...
